Menai Strait Cruises

Daily boat trips with stunning views

2 hour cruises

All being well with lockdown restrictions easing in Wales we really hope to get  our 2021 season underway on the last weekend in May and look forward to welcoming you onboard. As soon as we can confirm a start date we’ll update our website and schedule some trips in.

Our special 2 hour cruises* sail from Caernarfon Harbour down to the Britannia and Menai Suspension Bridges or in the opposite direction to Llanddwyn Island.

About our 2 hour cruises
The bridges cruise includes fabulous views of the Snowdonia mountain range, Port Dinorwic, Plas Newydd and of course the two bridges; the Britannia Tubular Bridge and Telford’s famous Suspension Bridge.

On our Llanddwyn cruise we head in the opposite direction out towards Caernarfon Bay where you can also see the Snowdonia Mountain range, Caernarfon Castle and Anglesey, but you also benefit from stunning views of Llanddwyn Island, Llyn Peninsula, the Newborough sand dunes, Belan Fort and more…

– You can buy your tickets in advance at the Slate Quay in Caernarfon (see daily sailing times to see when we’re open)

– Call/text us on 07979593483 and we’ll take your contact details to reserve your seats.

See our Prices and offers page for ticket costs.

We don’t have a card machine, so please make sure you have cash on you to pay please!

For the safety of everyone on board we’re encouraging passengers to remain seated as much as as possible during the sailings. Please feel free to bring your own refreshments on board as we won’t be selling any refreshments for the foreseeable future. Please take any rubbish away with you or place them in the bin bags available as you disembark. The toilet will be open for our 2 hour cruises. Please use the hand sanitisers provided before and after you use the facilities.

*sailings will be a minimum of 2 hours. Sometimes tidal and weather conditions means that it can take a little bit longer to sail against the tide, so please allow for additional time.
